Paleo Challenge, Week 1

We are hearing great things about how you are doing in the challenge so far.  I know the Doria clan even went to Augustino’s on Friday night without succumbing to the pressure of Bruschetta!  Steve Freidhoff mentioned that we was at a 8 hour bar crawl without having a single sip of alcohol, which just begs the question…are you glutton for punishment or just wanted to test your will power brother???  Anyhow, I love hearing about your self-discipline because this is simply an exercise of that trait.  While difficult, it will test your mettle and see how truly committed you are to reshaping your body, your fitness, and your life.  Ok with that said, time for some reminders!!

  • Send in your Week 1 Food Log by Monday.  Email here
  • Don’t send it with a name that says “2013 Paleo Challenge,” it needs to be submitted weekly as instructed in the Paleo Challenge Rules page
  • Name your file as follows:  CFH Paleo Challenge_First Name_Last Name_Week 1
  • Make sure you are on the FB Group (If you have facebook, Donna!).  Friend me on FB and I can add you if you aren’t on.

  • Need more resources???  Paleo Challenge Resources - You download the food log here if you don’t have it.

Also, I will providing some general commentaries on all the food logs with some individual feedback for most.  Generally, speaking tell me as much info as possible.  How much sleep?  quality of sleep?  Starting weight and/or body fat percentage?  Goals or Objectives for the Challenge?  Areas where you are struggling?  Areas that are going well?  How active have you been?
